wah liao. damn tired la today. had a really long day. hmm, woke up at about 8.40? as usual, i hurried to get ready and off i was to psychology tutorial. omg, it seems like i keep getting up later and later each day. not good not good. and then i always end up being late to class, all flustered up from running and totally out of breath. i need to either sleep earlier each night or sleep less hours each day. yikes. i need something or anything to just allow me to wake up earlier. blah.

oh, yesh. and after school today we had this event called Big Noise. what happens is that everyone gathers around in a circle out in the field according to their drama classes and just play music together using different brazilian instruments. the four major musical instruments played were the drums, some shaker thingy, long wooden sticks and some cowbell thingy. sounds lame and all but it actually was quite fun. i kid you not. haha. i played the shaker thingy. and there was even this band playing on a temporary stage. not too bad la. and yesh, singz. i totally agree with you that the drummer is tres hot. haha. actually, come to think of it, i think half the female population there thought he was hot. after the event ended, everyone just scrambled over to him in desperate hopes to get their pictures taken with him. lol. anyway, back to the actual event. everyone was just going crazy and banging the hell out of the instruments that they were suppose to be playing. it was majorly insane. but of course we didn't just play random sounds. there was a certain beat we had to follow. and during the middle of the event, each group was given a slot to perform something in the middle of the circle. some did cool dance moves while others just did weird stuff that i totally didn't get. i thought my group's performance was one of the best. we did some sort of gang fight thing to tie in with our group's name, Beatz Up which stands for a) our group is the best and we're so gonna beat the rest of the rest plus b) the fact that we're playing loud beats. yeap. our group name was courtesy of darwin's brillance. so yeah. the event ended with the band playing a few songs and the crowd just going wild. everyone just started dancing and a few people even came out to the front to just dance solo. hmm, something like that club scene at the starting part of that movie honey by jessica alba. total coolness. people like syafiq shuffling around and michael doing his breakdance. whoa. was so surprised when michael started breakdancing cause i totally didnt know he took dance lessons. utter hotness la. that guy totally rocks my socks. or like andrew puts it, he so rocks my colourful socks. haha.

at night, i went over to matt's house for cell group meeting. it was really cool seeing everyone there. we had bible study followed by dinner. everyone brought some food each. i brought drinks. =) stayed there until like 2. thanks to jon who just had keep trying to beat soon seng at soccer, ps2 style. ended up losing miserably and doing about 40 push ups? haha. me and matt were just laughing endlessly at him and making sure he did all 40 push ups.
